Questions, answered

What counts as an event?+

Each RUM event (page view, vital, click), API span, log line, or exception is one event. Sessions and replays don't count separately.

Do I need a card for the free trial?+

Yes. The 7-day trial starts at checkout and converts to the paid plan automatically. Cancel any time before it ends and you won't be charged.

What happens if I go over the included events?+

Nothing breaks. Extra events are billed at $10 per million on your next invoice, and the billing page shows your usage and estimate as you go.

Which platforms do you support?+

Browsers through the JavaScript SDK, Node.js, Python, and Go backends, anything that speaks OpenTelemetry, and Android or iOS apps through the HTTP ingest API.

Can I delete my data?+

Yes. Delete a project, an organization, or your whole account from settings. Data is purged in the background, and canceled organizations are deleted automatically after 120 days.
